  • been to loads of open air gigs this is got to be the worst gig I have been too everyone was drunk /stoned /pilled up throwning beer and urine - when the gig was stopped (twice) fights broke out and police were having to come in I would advise not to get there until about 6 - disappointed am definately claiming my refund Cheers Liam - Noel

    • thought it was great... yeah there were some people out of it but you dont go to an open air gig and not see that... they rocked heaton park... and every single person i know that went would go again...and again... some people will whinge about anything... it was a delay... technical problems are nothing new at any gig...

    • did you not no that you was at an osais gig, full off fanny and cunts!

      ~ by tonk 6/5/2009

  • I would defo get there before 6 - you need to get one of those wrist bands so you can get to the front. I stood outside on the edge for the whole of Kasabian then tried to jump over when Oasis came on, eventually sneaked in the entrance, but its bloody crap if you were on the outer barrier. Brilliant performance from the boys though...

  • Good gig but watch out for people throwing allsorts my husband was hit in the face by a trainer and the couple next to me were actually urinated on by a bloke who was off his face be warned and watch your back! This venue needed more security and maybe police patrolling around the crowd as it was a bit daunting being amongst this crowd!

  • Great gig after early difficulties, getting covered in wee and seeing fights are unfortunately part and parcel of oasis gigs, i dont like it either but thats the way its always been and always will be at oasis events unfortunately. deal with it or stay at home is my honest advice.

  • To get the wrist band you just have to get there early. It's well worth the wait! The view and the sound quality were miles better. We saw no fighting, few people off their heads but they weren't any bother. It was a great gig, I won't be asking for my money back!

  • I thought it was amazing so all of you sour bastards can bollocks. Thought all of it was brilliant. I thought the atmosphere was great. I wasn't stoned but still enjoyed the banter with those that were. It just sad if you let all that affect you having a good time. No doubt you'll be claiming your money back

  • F*ckin fantastic gig. Nice one o the boys for the onstage banter whilst generator was down. Only bad thing was lack of control, and heavy handed cops as we trieds to get on the coaches afterwards.Get some control.....

  • Oasis fans- are they scum? Sundays gig made it feel like it. Been to loads of heavy metal gigs...like rage against the machine so know how to get involved. But even in rock festivals like reading, everyone looks after everyone even in a mosh pit! Where as here, It felt like you were gonna get robbed or punched. The shittest concert ever, but fortunately not because of the music.
