Heather Mills Blasts Paul McCartney Over 'New Woman'

Heather Mills has been sent into a “blind rage” by pictures of her former husband Sir Paul McCartney with another woman, according to reports.

The former Beatle has been ‘romantically linked’ with New York businesswoman Nancy Shevell – with whom he has shared a long-term friendship - since he was spotted going into her London hotel last month.

According to the Sun, Ms Mills immediately phoned McCartney yesterday after new pictures emerged of the pair kissing each other.

“Apparently Beatrice saw the paper on the table and recognised Daddy,” a ‘friend’ said. “Heather was straight on the phone to Paul to tell him he was a bloody hypocrite. 

“He was staggered at her TV appearances and has made it clear he wasn’t happy. But he’s just laid back about the whole thing now. He’s kept a dignified silence while she’s ranted to anyone who’ll listen. 

“He told her to get on with her life because he was getting on with his. She wasn’t very happy.” 

Both McCartney and Ms Mills are currently involved in a lengthy divorce settlement, with Ms Mills reported to be seeking a considerable portion of the former Beatles £825 million fortune.

  • I thought Paul was keeping a dignified silence? This is his attempt to get back Mills after her TV rants last week (but make it look like he did not say anything). He could have made sure he was not photographed and he also could have sent someone to buy gifts. I feel very badly that Bea is going to see all of this and fear it will hurt her for the rest of her life. Add to it Stella’s reported necklace. Simply put, I don’t like Heather and now I don’t the McCartneys.

  • I have to disagree from personal experience. I have a 2 year old that gets into everything. That includes things that I thought I put in a place that she could/would not find.

  • Paul told her to get on with her life cos he was getting on with his. That says it all. Why wouldn’t he have female companionship. And heck the daughter has to get used to the fact that both mother and father will have other partners. He’s not yours anymore Heather.

  • Having known Paul for a while in the early nineties, I know that his personality is one to get back as subtley as possible. Got to give him a break though, Heather’s gone mad!

  • I don’t think the complaints are about Paul being with another woman. Rather, I think what is beg to show is that some of what Mills is saying about his controlling ways may be true. This info did not need to be released now or in that way. Poor Bea when she sees that and realizes it was b/4 the divorce was final. He is rich enough to have stopped it. It does look like Paul has been subtly manipulating what the public is fed and a personal stab back at Mills to me. Still don’t

  • she is a gold-digging whore. I wish she would commit suicide. No way though, she is too much of a narcissist with a shot at Beatle money that she sure as hell doesn’t deserve. I hope Paul beats her down to nothing and gets full custody. I want Stella’s necklace.

  • Think about it before reacting. She probably is a gold-digger - but they are using that to the extreme and trying to use their power and influence to pound her down further. I think he is controlling and this is really tainting my image of him. What goes around comes around... and I think Paul is letting this go on too long so that his true colors and tactics are starting to show

  • Paul’s friends statements that he’ll only date women of means seem to confirm what you are all stating. Looks like he is trying to use his PR machine to keep this woman as far down as possible. Very sad that he had to go down to this level.
