Phil Spector Actress Death ‘Most Likely Suicide’

A forensic pathologist has told the court at Phil Spectorâ€™s murder trial that Lana Clarkson most likely killed herself.

Spector is accused of murdering the B movie actress â€“ who died of a single gunshot wound â€“ in February 2003. Ms Clarksonâ€™s body was found at Spectorâ€™s house.

Forensic pathologist, Dr Werner Spitz told the courtroom in Los Angeles: "In my opinion, it is most likely a suicide."

He added that decisions made by an LA County deputy medical examiner who deemed that the actress had been murdered had been â€œhasty,â€ reports the BBC.

Dr Spitzâ€™s testimony echoed those of other witnesses who had said that blood splatter on Spectorâ€™s clothes meant he could not have been close enough at the time of the shooting.

The forensic pathologist said yesterday: â€œMr Spector could not have had his finger on that trigger because he wasn't close enough."

If convicted Spector will face life in prison for the crime.

The court system in America is a circus Phil is the clown, the judge the ringleader and all of us a laughing audience. Its funny or should I say ironic that many or most of the left wing wacko’s with a lot of money and time to spend it all come from California and they get pardoned 99% of he time. I.E. OJ, Jackson and to some extent Hilton(sentense was a joke!).Justice served up fresh as the money going into the judges pockets! My $.02 worth!

Left wing wackos indeed. Before making such statements, ya might just do a bit of research. And yes the guy’s hair is nutty, but, should we actually look at the facts in the case and not the person’s appearance. I’m happy to see him go away for life if he’s guilty. I agree with Joereal. Another hypocritical left-wing nutjob is probably quick to bash the NRA, as long as he and his bodyguards get to keep their guns. Then he’ll probably line the liberal California judge’s pockets with dough and/or just be let off the hook by a liberal California jury who probably think his murder of Ms. Clarkson is more the gun manufacturer’s fault rather than the Hairbear look-a-like’s fault.

Unfortunately, most expert witnesses are simply hired guns. It is very difficult to know whether their testimony is accurate. Specter certainly looks like a nut case.

It’s interesting that so many people have judged this man guilty without hearing any evidence aside from that paraded by the news media. Let’s let the jury decide this man’s fate. The judiciary is not entirely devoid of reason, at least not to the extent that they base guilt on ”What ... this guy’s hair say[s] about his judgement”.
