Queen of pop Madonna is reportedly planning her first stint as a film director.

Madge is hoping to follow in the footsteps of her director husband with a new film called ‘Blade To The Heart’.

The film will tell the real life story of boxing rivals Emile Griffith and Benny ‘Kid’ Paret; Paret died in 1962 after a fight with Griffith.

Madge’s company Maverick Entertainment is reportedly behind the film and it's thought that she will step behind the camera and direct the feature length film.
