Nick Cave has formed a new supergroup and will debut the band at next April’s All Tomorrow’s Parties.
The band called Grinderman features ex-Triffids member Martyn Casey, ex-Cramps drummer Jim Sclavunos and Dirty Three founder member Warren Ellis.
They have posted a track on their myspace page called ‘No Pussy Blues’ and have plans for an album release in 2007.
Nick Ellis described the bands sound to Uncut as “different to everyone, including themselves”.
