Pete Doherty was last night involved in a bloody brawl following a Babyshambles gig in Rome.
The band had been playing the Piper Club in the city before the incident occurred between the front man and a local photographer.
According to reports on the scene Doherty allegedly jumped on the man and punched him several times before being dragged off of him.
One witness told The Evening Standard that Doherty was “dripping in blood” and that fellow members of Babyshambles had brandished metal ashtrays as weapons.
The photographer eventually went to hospital though the police were not involved.
