Sir Paul McCartney Bids To Trademark His Name

For use on pantihose?

Sir Paul McCartney is attempting to trademark his name for use on a range of products – including pantihose.

The former Beatles star – who is currently facing a costly divorce from his second wife Heather Mills – has lodged documents in London’s  trademarks registry through his company MPL Communications which will allow him exclusive rights to use his surname on a number of products.

The commercial ventures specified in the application include pantihose, bath robes, fancy dress and vegetarian food, according to The Guardian.
