Albert Hammond Jr Releases Solo Material Online

Ahead of album release...

Albert Hammond Jr has given fans a taste of his debut solo album by releasing some tracks online.

Hammond Jr releases his record ‘Yours To Keep’ in the UK on October 9 via Rough Trade.

He has released three tracks by his official myspace page entitled ‘101’, ‘Scared’ and first single ‘Everyone Gets A Star’.

Not surprisingly the songs sound very similar to later work by The Strokes with increasingly dead pan vocals from Hammond Jr.

‘Everyone Gets A Star’ is released by download only on September 4.
