Rufus Wainwright has paid tribute to Judy Garland by recreating one of her famous concerts.
The singer played two sell-out shows on Wednesday and Thursday at the Carnegie Hall in New York - the same place Garland played a legendary concert back in 1961.
Wainwright performed a host of Garland classics including ‘Chicago’ and ‘Somewhere over the Rainbow.’
He also dueted with Judy Garland’s daughter Lorna Luft on the track ‘After You’re Gone.’
Speaking of Garland’s performance in The Wizard of Oz, Wainwright said: “When I was a kid, I wanted to be Dorothy.”
