Keith Richards has been released from hospital in New Zealand after being treated as a precaution for a head injury.
As previously reported on Gigwise Richards suffered a concussion after falling from a coconut tree in Fiji and was airlifted to New Zealand for treatment.
A hospital spokesman has now confirmed that Rolling Stones guitarist Richards has left the hospital but refused to say when.
Richards was staying at the exclusive Wakaya Club resort in Fiji with his wife Patti and fellow Stones member Ronnie Wood at the time of the incident.
The band are currently in the middle of their ‘Bigger Bang’ world tour which is set to resume in Europe on May 27.
