Snoop Dogg and The Game are being sued for $20 million by a fan who claims he was beaten up after being invited onto the stage at one of their concerts.
Richard Monroe alleges he was beaten and robbed after he went to place his arms round Snoop “in a friendly manner” after joining the legendary rapper for his performance of hit song Gin & Juice.
Monroe says he was set upon by bodyguards, with the rappers – including Kurupt, Daz Dillinger and Soopafly – joining in, as he was robbed of his wallet, rings and mobile phone.
The gentleman’s lawyers say, "Monroe did nothing suggestive of hostility and nothing whatsoever to provoke the violent response that ensued."
