Robbie Williams Wins Battle To Prove He's Not Gay

Robbie Williams has won his battle to prove he’s not gay - accepting substantial libel damages over allegations that he was homosexual.

In August 2004, The People published a story alleging the ex-Take That dancer was gay and that he had casual homosexual sex. Robbie refuted the story.

A settlement was made at The High Court for an undisclosed amount made by MGN Limited and Northern & Shell plc.

Robbie’s QC Tom Shields told the judge that the paper now agreed that the allegations were false.

As the BBC reports, Tom Shields QC said outside court “Mr Williams is not, and has never been, homosexual."
